Is it for me?

The Mitie London Revolution is something that anyone can do with a commitment to training. You will have a sore set of legs at the end of 2 days but you’ll also have had a lot of laughs and some great memories to go with them.

There is no denying that cycling 185 miles is tough. It will mean a lot of hours in the saddle and you will probably burn in the region of 12,000 calories over the 2 days. But with the right attitude and a bit of focus it is well within the reach of most people.

How we help you complete it?

  • Training Plans: When you sign up we will send you a 16 week training plan to build up to the ride. This will tell you how much you should be doing each week and also some landmarks along the way to check if you are on track.
  • Expert Guidance: Each month we will answer all the most common questions via the website and on email. Whether it be what bike, what kit, injury prevention, or nutrition we have the knowledge to help. And if you don’t find the information on the site then get in touch and we can chat you through it.
  • Medical & Mechanical Support: Having spent your time training the last thing we want to happen is for your bike or body to let you down. That’s why we have mechanical and medical teams in the camp and on the road to get both of them fixed up and rolling along the way.

We organise the Deloitte Ride Across Britain which is 960 miles over 9 days each year and we have learned a huge amount about how to get people in good shape to complete a challenge like this. We are proud to say that 94% of the riders who have taken part in the event in the last 4 years crossed the finish line and we apply all the same rigour to the Mitie London Revolution.
