Testimonials

Don’t take our word for it. Here are a few nuggets from those who joined us in 2013.

Here are some words from just a few of the hundreds of happy riders who joined us for the Mitie London Revolution last year:

  • All in all, it was brilliant! If you like riding a bike, you’ll LOVE this event - Catherine Gale
  • I would go as far to comment it was the best organised mass participation event I have ever taken part in. WELL DONE! - Anon
  • Great slickly run event. Being in London I could have been a bit prejudiced to thinking it would all be un smiling, serious, competitive folks. But the reverse was true, riders all helped each other, good team spirits, happy, smiling, polite, helpful support teams all the way around. So I was well impressed and hopefully will be back next year for the same. Looking forward to it. Thanks - Mike Reed
  • It was the hardest thing i have ever done. but a fantastic achievement for me, I am 46 years old and I had only cycled 55 miles before this so I am incredibly pleased with what i did – Sarah Cook
  • A combination of all those thoughtful little elements made me one contented cyclist - Anon
  • We had a great time from start to finish, a real personal achievement and it was amazing. Thank you  - Melanie Rice
  • This was a fantastic experience and was largely due to the service provided by Threshold. I have been on several long rides before but this is the first where I felt no stone was left unturned. Thanks for the everything!! - Donovan Grant
  • I thought the whole event was organised in a professional and efficient manner. I was a competitive runner for many years. This was my first cycling event, I would go as far to comment it was the best organised mass participation event I have ever taken part in. WELL DONE! – Anon
  • A massive thank you for a well organised and run event made a challenging ride feel easier, safer and well supported – Tim Farr
  • Unbelievably well organised. Fantastic event to have taken part in – will remember for a long time. Well done everyone, you should be very proud of your achievement. Organising something as well as that in one of the busiests cities in the world deserves huge respect – Dan Risk
  • Really enjoyed it – challenging route especially on the 2nd day. Fantastic route marking – made all the difference as it meant you could ‘relax’ and ride. Just the ticket –  Luke Williams
  • The efforts that individuals supporting the event took to get me to the finish line was fantastic – I cannot praise them highly enough – Gerard Connolly
  • I can’t praise the London Revolution highly enough and have already recommended it to others for next year. Superbly organised before, during and after. Feed stops well marshalled, well stocked and with toilets (rare plus compared to most sportives!). Good route and all the riders i encountered had the perfect attitude – not too many people treating it as a race! Well done to all and thank you for making the weekend a great one –  David Green
  • Fantastically well organised with the most amazing support staff I have ever encountered – helpful and unfilingly cheerful and polite. A job very well done, thank you –  Graham Branagan
