Do you want to be a part of making this the best experience for our runners, walkers and cyclists? We’re looking for enthusiastic, proactive and practical individuals to help us make this a memorable weekend by taking on a variety of different roles, such as the below:
On the Saturday afternoon you could be a part of something special and help keep the excitement alive at our family-friendly basecamp, the perfect place for participants to celebrate their achievements with family and friends. You could be stationed out in the North Downs, or how about along the Thames or in the Chiltern Hills? With our various pit stops dotted along route, you are bound to feel part of this amazing event.
There are a number of volunteer shifts available at different locations, and with the event being across two days, you will have the option to volunteer on the Saturday or the Sunday, or both! Sign up here!
Be part of the team that supports our amazing participants, who push themselves to the limits in order to complete incredible challenges while raising oodles for charity.
That extra bit of cheering and encouragement from the side-lines could be exactly what they need to get them across the finish line so be that person, be that support!
Work with a diverse collection of people from across the UK and make relationships that have a lasting impact on your life. Who knows, you could meet your future partner, best friend or just have a conversation that changes the path that your life is on.
Most of all volunteering is fun! Enjoy the people around you and take in the beautiful surroundings. If you’re a people person with a passion for the great outdoors, you could be the perfect Threshold volunteer.
Volunteering will give you the chance to be a part of something bigger than yourself and put your own skills and knowledge to good use while also learning from others around you.
Being faced with challenges on a daily basis and having to deal with a mixture of personalities, you’ll be able to improve your teamwork, problem-solving, event management and people skills – the ideal candidate for future employers!
Whether you support for one day or two, all of our volunteers can expect to enjoy:
Free, high-quality food throughout
Free hot and cold beverages
Being part of a world-class team
That feel-good feeling that only comes from helping others
